Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and autoimmune primary hypothyroidism in two members of a family

Background: Spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (sOHSS) occurs rarely and has been associated with high level of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), mutated FSH receptor (FSHr) gene and hypothyroidism.
